Hall of Fame
The dominant inside player on one of Wagner’s greatest teams, Oliver Featherston (1966-1969) was the third member of coach Chester Sellitto’s 1967-1968 team that finished 21-8, to enter the Hall of Fame. In three seasons of varsity play, Featherstone established himself as possibly the best rebounder in Seahawk history, grabbing 998 caroms which are still the second-most in school history.
His 382 rebounds accrued during the 1968-1969 season are still a school-record. Featherstone also scored 1,129 in just three seasons of action.
