We are excited to announce that the 2023-24 Wagner Basketball season is nearly upon us, and we want YOUR BUSINESS to be a part of all the great action!

The men's basketball team enjoyed another successful season last winter, finishing with an overall record of 15-13, including an impressive 8-4 mark on Grymes Hill. The Seahawks started the season in style, earning an overtime victory at Temple, and picked up wins over eventual NEC champion Merrimack, as well as FDU – which went on to upset Purdue in the NCAA Tournament. Led by second-year head coach Donald Copeland, the Seahawks are looking to build off this past season with their sights set on the ultimate goal: an NEC title.

The women's squad also enjoyed a successful season and were on fire out of the gate, as Wagner began NEC play with a 6-0 mark for the first time in program history. The Seahawks wreaked havoc on opposing offenses, ranking in the top-12 nationally in turnovers forced per game and in the top-50 in steals per game. With third-year head coach Terrell Coburn at the helm, the Seahawks are taking aim at a deep postseason run with the return of important faces from last year's squad, as well as plenty of new talent that has brought much excitement to campus.
