  • Appeared in 46 career games for the Green & White while earning the starting nod in 35 contests.
  • Tallied 14 career wins, good for eighth on the all-time Wagner career list.
  • Struck out 237 batters over his tenure on Grymes Hill, the second-most in program history. 
  • Recorded a career-high six wins back in 2004 to go along with 84 strikeouts during the year, the third-most in a single season. 
  • Finished with 10 career saves, which is tied for fourth all-time in program history. 
  • Had nine complete games to his credit, five of which occurred back in 2004. 
  • Led the Seahawks to three straight Northeast Conference (NEC) tournament appearances. 
  • The highest drafted player in the program's history when he was selected in the sixth round of the 2006 Major League Baseball draft by the Oakland Athletics. 
  • Made his MLB debut in 2009 and won the 2009 American League Rookie of the Year award, becoming the second Seahawk to win the honor, joining Curt Blefary, who won the 1965 American League Rookie of the Year with the Baltimore Orioles. 
  • Named a 2010 American League All-Star and won a World Series championship with the Boston Red Sox in 2013. 
  • Crafted out an eight-year major league career, in which he posted 16 wins to go along with a career ERA of 3.12 in 265 games with five teams (Oakland Athletics, Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees, Philadelphia Phillies, and Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim). 
  • Announced his retirement in 2018 to take a role within the Los Angeles Angels organization. In 2019, he was the Angeles' bullpen coach. 
  • Is in his third season as pitching coach of the San Francisco Giants.
