About Wagner College
By partnering with Wagner College Athletics - and by extension, Wagner College as a whole - you are partnering with the only NCAA Division I athletics department on Staten Island. We are a proud member of the Northeast Conference and boast 28 varsity sports as of the 2023-24 academic year. With over 30 conference championships won over our rich history, we provide opportunities for over 600 diverse student-athletes spanning over 30 states and 35 countries. 

Facilities & Exposure
Wagner College Stadium's Hameline Field is the home of Wagner's football, lacrosse, women's soccer and track & field programs. The stadium boasts a capacity for 5,000 spectators with its combination bleacher/chairback seating. Thousands of patrons attend Wagner College events over the course of the year between Wagner's varsity sports and other Staten Island community events.

The Spiro Sports Center is home to Wagner's men's and women's basketball programs. Sutter Gymnasium can accommodate 2,500 spectators per game; in addition to the basketball teams, the facility also plays host to several events over the course of the academic year, including Wagner College Commencement and local high school graduations.

Our athletic programs are consistently seen on linear broadcast networks and OTT streaming services, including ESPN3/+, SNY, CBS Sports Network, B1G Network, ACC Network and FS1/FS2. Our programs are also home to some of the most-followed accounts among our conference peers, while our communications and creative team churn out content that is among the most-engaged not only in the NEC but across all of mid-major athletic programs.

• The VIP Room, located in the second floor of the Spiro Sports Center, is the perfect space to host networking events during a game! Your group will be provided tickets to attend a game and then be recognized at halftime on the court. Catering and bartender options are also available!
