McCae Allen as the Wagner baseball took the series finale at Sacred Heart, 5-4, on Sunday afternoon.

Will Johnson, who went 2-for-4 with a run scored and classmate
Griffin Schneider, who went 2-for-5 with two runs scored.

Will Johnson is enjoying a stellar final season thus far, as the Toms River, NJ native is fifth in the circuit in average (.357), third in on-base (.488), sixth in hits (35) and second in walks (23). On a national scale, he is among the top-100 players in the county in on-base percentage.

Anthony Pecora are among the top-75 players in the country in triples, with Silvestrone ranking among the top-20 with four on the season while Pecora is ranked 55th in the country with three.

Tyler Sanfillippo was named the
Northeast Conference (NEC) Player of the Week on Tuesday afternoon.
»The Wayne, NJ native raised his batting average by 48 points last week, collecting at least one hit and one RBI in each of the Green & White's four games. The Garden State product reached base safely at least twice in every contest.
» Over the four-game span, the former Seton Hall Prep product batted .429 (6-for-14) with two doubles, four walks and a league-high seven RBIs. He also spearheaded the Wagner offense in propelling the Seahawks in taking two-of-three from Sacred Heart over the weekend, reaching base a total of eight times and scoring at least one run in all three games.
