STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Here is a look at the Wagner Athletics events for this week.
Baseball
- Wagner heads to the NEC Tournament after wrapping up its regular season, finishing at 28-22 with a 23-10 mark in conference play.
- The Seahawks earned the No. 3 seed in the tournament with that finish, set to take on No. 2 FDU on Thursday, May 21 in a 4 p.m. EDT matchup that will be the evening game of the day.
-The 2026 NEC Tournament will be held at Skylands Stadium in Augusta, New Jersey, home of the Sussex County Miners and host to six of Wagner's games this season.
- Depending on the results of its first game, Wagner will return on Friday, May 22 for day two of the tournament. The Seahawks will play in the noon game that day with a loss, or play in the 4 p.m. EDT game with a win.
- Alongside Wagner and FDU, No. 1 LIU enters as the top seed after winning the regular season, then Le Moyne will be the No. 4 seed to take on the Sharks.
