Smithfield, RI- The Wagner men's lacrosse team is set to close out the 2022 season on Saturday at Bryant with faceoff set for 12:00 p.m.
 
LAST TIME OUT…

• Wagner fell to Merrimack 8-6 on senior day last Saturday at Hameline Field. The Seahawks are now 3-8 (1-5 NEC) on the season.

• Benjamin Stewart and Aidan Clark recorded two-goal games for the second straight week, while Stephen Dwyer and Eli Fisher each added a goal for the Seahawks.
• Goalkeeper Danny Brady made 14 saves for the Green & White.
• Matt Rueter won 10 out of 16 faceoffs for Wagner.

 
MOVING UP THE ALL-TIME PROGRAM RANKS…

• Stephen Dwyer now has 59 career goals at Wagner, which is the fourth-most in school history.
• Dwyer also ranks sixth on the all-time points list with 84. The senior is five points away from tying Kevin Zulauf for fifth place.
• With 349 career saves as a Seahawk, netminder Danny Brady sits in fifth place all-time on Wagner's saves list.

 
 NEC RANKINGS…

• Wagner leads the conference in penalty kill percentage (.846) and has allowed just four goals on 26 attempts when being a man down. The team with the next least-amount of man-up goals allowed is Hobart with 11.
• The Seahawks also lead in penalties per game (2.64) and penalty minutes per game (2.09).
• Thanks to goalkeeper Danny Brady, Wagner has a conference-best 9.65 goals against average.

 
 SCOUTING THE OPPONENT: BRYANT…

• The Bulldogs enter Saturday's game at 7-6 overall and 5-1 in NEC play.
• Bryant recently fell 16-9 to No. 5/10 Brown on Tuesday.
• The Bulldogs are one of three teams to have clinched a berth in the NEC Tournament, along with Saint Joseph's and LIU.
• Marc O'Rourke leads the team in goals (41) and points (55).
• Goalkeeper Luke Caracciolo has a 10.75 goals against average and a 53.3% save percentage.

 
 SERIES HISTORY…

• Saturday's meeting marks the 13^th time Wagner and Bryant will faceoff.
• The Bulldogs took the contest last season, defeating the Seahawks 18-5 at Hameline Filed.
• Wagner last played at Bryant on April 7, 2018 and fell 8-3 in Smithfield, RI.
