Staten Island, NY – The Wagner College men's lacrosse team opens a two-game home stand, welcoming the Bryant Bulldogs to Hameline Field for a 12:00 p.m. Northeast Conference (NEC) contest Sunday, March 21.

The Bulldogs knocked off the Seahawks, 13-4, the last time the teams met in 2019.
Stephen Dwyer had a goal, an assist, two ground balls and two caused turnovers in that game.
Tim Schmidt had a goal and three ground balls.
Last Time Out For Wagner
Wagner fell 11-5 to Merrimack College in an NEC contest last Saturday.
Graduate student
Philip Buque and junior
John Killcommons each netted a goal, extending their goal-scoring streak to four, dating back to the season opener. Buque is currently tied for eighth in the NEC in goals per game.
Freshmen
Lance Rainer and
Justin White each found the back of the net, with Rainer's score marking his first collegiate goal. Sophomore
Benjamin Stewart rounded out the goal-scorers for the Green & White.
Danny Brady had another impressive day between the pipes, posting 21 saves for the second consecutive game. The sophomore is currently third in D-1 in saves per game.
About Bryant
Bryant brings a 3-1 record to Grymes Hill, including a 20-8 win over Merrimack in their NEC opener back on March 6.
Logan McGovern, Bennett Abladian, and Jake Buonaiuto, the team's three leading goal-scorers and point-getters, combined for eight goals and 16 points in the Merrimack win. Luke Carracciolo has been in net for every minute of every game thus far, posting two games with a save percentage over 52 percent. Nathan Laliberte enters Sunday with a 63.5 face-off win percentage on the season, winning at least 55 percent in each of the team's four games.
