North Andover, MA – Northeast Conference (NEC) play continues Saturday, March 13, for the Wagner College men's lacrosse team when the Seahwaks head to Massachusetts for a 1:00 battle with the Merrimack Warriors.

Wagner–Merrimack History
Saturday's game marks the first matchup ever between the two teams; Merrimack made the transition to Division 1 prior to the 2019-20 season.

Last Time Out For Wagner
Wagner dropped their NEC and home opener Monday, March 8, to the Saint Joseph's University Hawks, 17-5.

Graduate student Philip Buque posted his third straight multi-goal game for the Seahawks, falling a goal short of a third straight hat trick. Junior John Killcommons and freshmen Justin White and Nick Martini all added a goal for Wagner. Junior Tyler Lawton dished out a pair of assists and graduate student Nic Ancona added an assist as well.

Defensively, junior Tommy Scarpello and sophomore Brendan Higgins both registered four ground balls; Higgins and freshman Giovanni Armocida each caused a turnover.
