Williamsburg | Richmond, VA – The Wagner College baseball team will play three road games this weekend, starting on this afternoon at William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA. On Saturday and Sunday, they will head to Richmond, VA, as they will first square off against Richmond on Saturday and conclude the weekend at VCU on Sunday.

- The Seahawks and Tribe are meeting for just the fifth time in program history with William & Mary leading the series, 3-1.

- The Seahawks and the Spiders are meeting for the seventh time in program history with Richmond leading the head-to-head series, 5-1.
- These two teams last met back on March 3, 2013, as the Spiders won all three games of the series.

- The Seahawks and Rams are meeting for 13th time in program history with VCU leading the head-to-head series, 11-1.
- These two teams are squaring off for the first time since 2016.
Seahawk Tidbits:
- Newcomer Henry Martinez leads the team with a .389 batting average and a .476 on-base percentage through the Seahawks' first seven games. Martinez also has a hit in five straight games.
- Senior Freddy Sabido has a team-high eight hits this season and has a team-leading six RBI.
- Freshman Cody Bey has reached base safely in all seven games he has appeared in.
Eight Away From 200 For Carone...
- Ninth-year head coach Jim Carone is just eight wins away from becoming the second Seahawk bench boss to win 200 career games, as he would join former Wagner head coach, Joe Litterio, who finished with a program-best 240.
Up Next:
- Following the three-game set in Virginia, the Seahawks will compete in the East Tennessee State Baseball Tournament, beginning on March 6.
- Wagner will face the host, ETSU, on March 6 at 4:00 pm, followed by a 12:00 pm first-pitch on Saturday against Ohio and conlcude the weekend against Marist at 11:00 am.
