Staten Island, NY – The Wagner men's lacrosse team, coming off 
Monday's convincing 15-3 win over Hampton, will host the 
NJIT Highlanders in the final non-conference contest of the season in a 7:00 p.m. 
faceoff on Saturday, March 24.
 
The Seahawks, who had four different players hit for a pair of goals in the win over Hampton, enter Saturday's play with an overall record of 3-5 while the Highlanders are 0-10.
 
Senior 
attackman Andrew 
Streilein leads the team with 21 points. On the season, 
Streilein has deposited 12 goals, tied for second on the team, to go with a team-leading nine assists. Sophomore 
attackman Nic Ancona is the other Seahawks with 12 goals, in addition to eight 
helpers, which ranks him second on team in points with 18.
 
Junior 
attackman John Norton is next in scoring with 14 points, on a team-leading 13 goals, while adding one assist.
 
Senior defenseman 
Andrew Park paces the Green & White in both ground balls (29) and caused turnovers (19), with a 2.38 CTs per game average, which ranks No. 6 in the nation and tops in the NEC.
 
Junior Matt 
Sefcik is the nation's leader with a .615 save percentage on 107 saves and ranks No. 3 with an average of 13.38 saves per game. Additionally, his 9.05 goals against average ranks No. 25.
 
In the 
faceoff department, freshman midfielder Hank 
Ontiveros leads the way (44-of-86-.512), along with sophomore midfielder 
Nick Warren (28-of-71-.394).
 
The Seahawks, who are 0-1 in Northeast Conference (NEC) play, will conclude the season with five consecutive league contests, beginning with a home game vs. Saint Joseph's on Saturday, March 31 at 1:00 p.m.
