Live StatsOld Westbury, NY - After Saturday's contest was canceled due to inclement weather conditions, the Wagner baseball team returns home to Richmond County Bank Ballpark to square off against the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) Bears in a doubleheader on Sunday, March 29 with the first game slated for Noon.
The Seahawks are on a four-game winning streak after defeating Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) member, Marist, 7-2 in the
home opener on Thursday evening.
During the four-game win streak, Wagner is outscoring its opponents 24-8 while batting close to .340. The Seahawks' pitching staff has been stellar as well, posting a combined 1.75 ERA while limiting opponents to a .250 batting average in these four games.

Ben Ruta (West Windsor, NJ/West-Windsor Plainsboro South) takes an 18-game hitting streak into today's contest, which dates back to May 16, 2013 against Northeast Conference (NEC) rival, Bryant.
Senior catcher
Nick Dini (Monroe Township, NJ/Monroe Township) enters play with 177 consecutive games started, good for fourth among all NCAA seniors. The Monroe Township, NJ native, who was named to the
Johnny Bench Award Watch List for the second time in his career, is batting .867 (13-for-15) over his last four games while recording six doubles, 6 RBIs, and slugging 1.400 during this stretch.
