2022 Outdoor (Sophomore):Â Garcia ran her career best 400m at the Rider Invitational, finishing in 1:00.23 for fifth place. At the NEC Outdoor Championships, Garcia ran in the 400m in 1:01.15, crossing the finish line in thirteenth.
2021-22 Indoor (Sophomore):Â At the NEC Indoor Championships, Garcia participated in the 500m, finishing in thirteenth with a time of 1:27.39.Â
2021Â Outdoor (Freshman):Â At the NEC Outdoor Championships, she ran in the 200m, finishing in tenth place with a time of 25.93. Garcia, along with Mia Milton, Sara Rutherfrod, and Anna Greentree, finished the 4x400m relay in first place with a time of 3:53.39.
2020-21 Indoor (Freshman):Â Garcia ran her personal best 600m in 1:51.19 at the Seahawk Shootout.Â
Before Wagner: Garcia is a resident of West Brighton. She won her section and broke her high school records in the 400m dash with a time of 58:53, and in the 200m dash with a time of 26.71. Her 400 time is top-ten all-time on Staten Island, as well as 14th in the state. Also earned first in the 600m run at the Island Championships and sixth in the 500m dash. Garcia was a part of Notre Dame Academy's Indoor 2020 Distance Medley Relay team that finished ranked 19th in the country. Two-time Outdoor MVP for Notre Dame Academy. 2020 Arielle Newman Scholarship Award winner. Garcia's father, Al, was her coach at Norte Dame Academy. Garcia also receives support from her mother, Youree, and three sisters Pariis, Brianne, and Ariella.
