Freshman (2021-22):
At the indoor NEC Championships, Peters ran her personal best in the 500m. Peters ran in the 500m in 1:34.87 for a seventeenth place finish. Peters also ran a personal record in the 600m at the Seahawk Shootout with a time of 2:01.09, and a personal record in the 800m at the Fastrack Opener with a time of 2:41.36.
Before Wagner: Four-year varsity member of the Bellport High School winter and spring track team. Four-year varsity member of the Bellport High School soccer team. Top 8 county finish in the 4x800 sophomore year. Top 12 county finish in the 4x400 senior year. Won coaches award junior and senior year. Won top performer all four years. Peters is majoring in Physician Assistant. She is the daughter of Joan and Todd Peters. Chose Wagner because she loved the campus views and how close it was to home.
