2025 Outdoor (Junior): Named All-NEC first team (4x800 relay) and second team (800m, 1500m) after she won gold with 4x800 relay team (9:05.91) and silver in 800m (2:15.81) and 1,500m (4:30.67)… Ran 8:58.11 4x800 relay at the Penn Relays (4/24-26)… Ran college-best 2:14.60 to win 800m at the Rider Invitational (4/18-19), also finishing third with 4x400 relay team (4:05.59)… Logged college-best 4:30.58 time in 1,500m invite at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/12-14), also finishing eighth with 4x400 relay team (3:56.43)… Finished second in 1,500m invite (4:31.20) and third in sprint medley relay (4:06.12) at the Colonial Relays (4/3-5)… Opened the season with 4:37.86 1,500m to finish 11th at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/20-21).

2024-2025 Indoor (Junior): Named All-NEC second team for the mile (4:54.57) and distance medley relay (12:05.47) after she won silver in both at the NEC Indoor Championship, also winning bronze in 3,000m (9:53.40)… Ran college-best 9:46.22 3,000m at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/31-2/1)… Logged college-best 4:50.56 mile time at the Dr. Sander Scorcher (1/24-25) to finish 11th… Won the mile (4:54.56) at the Ramapo College Opener (1/17)… Named NEC Track Athlete of the Week (12/18) after winning 3,000m (9:54.89) at the Seahawk Shootout (12/13)… Won the mile (4:57.29) at the FastTrack Season Opener (12/6).

2024 Outdoor (Sophomore): Named All-NEC first team for 4x800, second team for 800m at the NEC Championship (5/4-5)… Part of first-place 4x800m relay team that logged a 9:11.75 time, in addition to finishing second in the 800m with a 2:16.05 time and third in the 1500m with a 4:51.24 finish… Ran a 9:09.52 time as part of the 4x800m relay team at the Penn Relays (4/25-27)… Logged a 2:14.90 800m at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/12-14)… Part of second-place distance medley relay team at the Colonial Relays (4/4-6) that ran an 11:58.81, also running a 4:35.85 time in the 1,500m invite to finish sixth… Opened the season with a 2:16.16 800m and 4:40.61 1,500m at the UCF Knights Invite (3/22-23).

2023-2024 Indoor (Sophomore): Ran a college-best 18:37.74 time in the 5,000m to finish 13th at the NEC Championship (2/18-19), on top of finishing fourth in the mile final with a 4:57.84 time and fifth in the 3,000m with a 10:06.76 finish… Finished 11th in the mile at the Scarlet Knight Open (2/2-3) with a 5:01.05 finish… Logged a 9:55.83 3,000m at Boston University’s John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/26-27)… Finished third in the mile at Penn Select 10 (1/13) with a 4:58.83 time… Opened the season with a second-place finish in the 3,000m at the Wagner College Shootout (12/8), running a 10:03.53 time.

2023 Outdoor (Freshman): Named NEC All-Rookie Team for 1,500m after running 4:44.61 to finish fifth at the NEC Championship (5/6-7), also winning bronze with 4x800 relay team (9:27.43)... Ran a 2:22.85 800m at the Rutgers Relays (4/22)... Finished seventh in 1,500m at Bucknell Invite (4/15-16), running 4:46.62 time... Finished sixth in 800m (2:19.37) at METS (4/7)... Logged 4:55.03 1,500m at Colonial Relays (3/31-4/1) and ran 13th-place distance medley relay (12:36.41)... Finished tenth in 1,500m (4:50.9) at the Monmouth Invite (3/26) in her outdoor debut.

2022-23 Indoor (Freshman): Finished 26th in mile prliminary (5:12.86) at the IC4A/ECAC Championship (3/4-5)... Won bronze with distance medley relay team (12:25.33) and finished eighth in 3,000m (10:27.02) at the NEC Championship (2/19-20)... Logged 10:22.49 3,000m at the Scarlet and White Invite (2/3-4)... Ran a 5:10.29 mile at the John Thomas Terrier Invite (1/27-28) to finish fifth...
