At the NEC Outdoor Championships, Nowak ran in the 800m, finishing the event in 2:40.56, placing her in twenty-eighth. During the Indoor Championships, Nowak also ran in the 800m. She finished in twenty-eighth with a time of 2:34.73.


Freshman (2020-21):
Nowak completed her personal bests in the 600m during the indoor season and in the 400m during the outdoor season. Nowak's 600m came at the Seahawk Shootout with a time of 1:50.78; and her 400m occured at the Lehigh Happy Easters Races with a time of 1:10.11. At the NEC Outdoor Championships, Nowak participated in the 800m and clocked in a 2:41.35, placing her in twenty-fifth at the event.
