Salisbury, MD – The Wagner College baseball team earned a 6-0 victory over UMES on Saturday.
One day after a historic 23-8 victory, the Seahawks jumped out to an early lead in the first inning on a sacrifice fly by redshirt senior
Xavier Ulrich. In the fourth inning, an RBI single by senior

Henry Martinez extended the Wagner lead to 3-0.

Connor Hayden pitched seven shutout innings while allowing just five hits and striking out two to earn the victory, with senior
Julian Taudin-Chabot tossing two perfect innings in relief to seal the victory.
Serrano and Matthews picked up two hits apiece as the Seahawks combined for eight hits on the day.
Both teams will conclude their series tomorrow, with first pitch set for 1:00 pm.
