Tyrone, PA - The Wagner women's cross country team placed 6th in the Northeast Conference (NEC) Championship.

The Seahawks gathered 123 points all together and trailed Saint Francis by only four points.

Freshman Laura Trenado placed 12th in her first ever championship appearance, clocking in at 18:46 to lead the Seahawks. 

Junior Ana Blanco Duran was right behind Trenado placing 18th and clocking in at 19:02.

Junior Elizabeth Szambel finished the race in 19:08 coming in 20th place. Sophomore Gia Comerford finished the race in 19:46 coming in 36th place.
