As a member of the coaching staff with the Lady Hornets, she was instrumental in recruiting the No. 1 ranked class in the conference, according to ESPNW/Collegiate Girls' Basketball Report. Serving the role as acting head coach, she led Delaware State to a 61-53 home Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) win over Florida A&M on February 15.

"Joining the Wagner women's basketball staff is a tremendous opportunity," commented Marsh
I am elated to work with Coach Coburn. Having coached in the conference before, I am familiar with the landscape of the NEC as well and excited for what's ahead on this journey."

Delaware State recorded its highest conference finish in twelve seasons as the Lady Hornets posted an 8-8 league mark in 2020 while Sharajah Collins earned All-MEAC Third Team after the season.

In July 2020, Coach Marsh joined the Coaches 4 Change organization. C4C is an organization founded by college basketball coaches who are dedicated to helping their student-athletes, their campus, and their communities by providing a platform that engages, educates, empowers, and evolves the collegiate student-athlete on issues on social justice, systemic racism, and the power of voting in the endless pursuit of quality.

In her first season on the DSU sidelines, Marsh mentored Najai Pollard, who went on to earn MEAC Player of the Year and First-Team honors after finishing the 2018-19 season averaging 22.9 points per game, 10.3 rebounds per contest while shooting 51.0 percent from the floor.

Before her stint in Dover, DE, Coach Marsh spent two seasons as an assistant coach at LIU Brooklyn. She was pivotal in the Blackbirds' recruiting efforts, recruiting an ESPN three-star and Hooptown GTA Fab 48 selection, and No. 47 ranked player according to Next Sports Phenom Top-100 in her first season in Brooklyn.

Marsh was pivotal in the signing of Brandy Thomas, who went on to be named Northeast Conference (NEC) Rookie of the Year, Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) Rookie of the Year, All-NEC Third and Rookie Team honoree in 2019.

During the 2015-16 season, Marsh was the assistant coach at Manhattan College of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC), where she was part of the staff that had the fourth-largest turnaround (+12 wins) in the NCAA.

Under Marsh's tutelage, Amani Tatum went on to capture MAAC Defensive Player of the Year honors, after recording 101 steals in 2015-16, highlighted by a season-best 11 against Saint Peter's on January 21.

Gervais Joins Seahawks
Alycia Gervais comes to Wagner College following a three-year stint as the head coach of the Dean College Bulldogs in Franklin, MA. She took over the program that was transiting from a junior college to an NCAA Division III program as a member of the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC).

Under Gervais' guidance, the Bulldogs made two consecutive trips to the NECC Tournament while combining for 39 wins. In the team's first season in the NECC in 2017-18, Dean tied for the regular-season title with a 12-2 record in league contests.

"I am excited and honored to join the Seahawk family," Gervais said. "I am thankful for Coach Coburn for the opportunity to work with him in continuing to grow up the success of the program. This has been a dream of mine and I can't wait to get started."

She coached Makayla Rudder and Iindia Pina, who both went on to eclipse the 1,000-point threshold while earning First Team All-NECC honors and USCAA All-America accolades in 2018-19. Alexah Rudder paced the NECC in blocks as well.

Before accepting the position at Dean, Gervais spent two seasons as the head coach at Pine Manor College in Chestnut Hill, MA. Under her leadership, the Gators went to back-to-back American Collegiate Athletic Association (ACAA) championship games, with the 2017-18 finals contested on Pine Manor's home court.

Erica Jones and Shaquanda Middleton both led the Gators' offense, as each player reached 1,000 career points in 2017-18. Both players excelled in Coach Gervais' up-tempo style of play as the team averaged more than 70.0 points per contest.

Before her stint with Pine Manor, she was the assistant coach at the University of Virginia College at Wise. Gervais was instrumental in laying the foundation for what turned out to be a team that went 21-11 and advancing to the Mountain East Conference semifinals in 2016-17.

Gervais began her collegiate coaching career at Adelphi University in 2012 under former Wagner head women's coach, Heather Jacobs. While with the Panthers, Gervais helped lead the program to its first NCAA Tournament appearance in more than a decade in 2013-14 as well as etching their name on the USA Today Sports Division II National Top-25 Poll.

Gervais was a standout four-year letter-winner at Daniel Webster College in Nashua, NH. Among her athletic accolades include being selected as a two-time All-Region selection by D3Hoops.com, a two-time NECC Conference Player of the Year (2011, 2012), and a four-time all-conference honoree, who led the Eagles to the program's first-ever NECC Tournament Championship and NCAA Tournament berth in 2011.

In addition to being a standout on the hardwood, Gervais spent four seasons as a member of the Eagles' cross-country team, serving as captain for two years and played a season of softball (2011) and soccer (2012).

A former highly-decorated four-year letter winner at Daniel Webster College in Nashua, N.H., Gervais is a two-time all-region selection by D3Hoops.com, a two-time NECC Conference Player of the Year (2011, 2012) and four-time all-conference honoree who led the Eagles to the program's first-ever NECC Tournament Championship and subsequent NCAA Tournament berth (2011).

In December 2020, Gervais was named to the Noontime Sports All-Decade Team as well as the New Hampshire Division III Women's Basketball All-Decade team.

"I am super excited to be back in New York and helping out the team the best way I can," commented Hobson. "Coach C is one of those coaches that turned into one of my mentors, on and off the court. I can't wait to see all we can do as a team."
