Smithfield, RI  –  The Wagner women's basketball team will look for the weekend split as the Seahawks square off against the Bryant University Bulldogs on Monday evening at the Chace Athletic Cetner.

Wagner All-Time vs. Bryant:
  • The Seahawks trail in the head-to-head series, 17-2
  • Wagner, all-time in Smithfield, is just 2-8.

Last Time Out For Wagner:
  • With just 22 seconds remaining in regulation, Wagner sophomore forward Emilija Krista Grava put the visitors ahead by one, but Central Connecticut State University made each of its final four free-throw attempts down the stretch while keeping Wagner off the scoreboard as the Seahawks fell to the Blue Devils, 66-63, on Saturday afternoon.
  • Krista Grava led all scorers with 35 points on 12-of-17 shooting from the field while hitting on all ten attempts from the charity stripe.  The second-year forward also corralled a game-high seven rebounds in 38 minutes of play.
  • Junior combo guard Khaleah Edwards joined Krista Grava in double-figures, finishing with ten points on 4-of-8 shooting in 34 minutes of action.
  • Ashley Forker led the way for the Blue Devils, converting 7-of-10 from the floor, making all six of her free throw attempts en route to a team-high 23 points.

Last Time Against Bryant:

  • Redshirt sophomore Taylah Simmons and redshirt junior guard Janelle Mullen led the way for the visitors, as both eclipsed the 20-point plateau. For Simmons, she finished with a game-high 25 points, 11 coming in the third quarter.
