Staten Island, NY - The Wagner College women's basketball will celebrate Senior Night in a ceremony prior to the Seahawks' 7:00 pm Northeast Conference (NEC) encounter with Fairleigh Dickinson, which marks the final home game of the 2011-12 season.

Brittney Thorpe (Newport News, VA/ Heritage) will be honored in the pre-game ceremony.
The 6-3 Clark will go down as one of the elite post players in Seahawk history. She enters tonight's game having scored 1,097 career points, good for 19
th place on the Wagner all-time career list. Clark tossed in a career-high 30 points on December 7, 2010 and has scored 20 or more points in a game 12 times in her career, including eight times this season. Her 25-point, 11-rebound effort on February 15, 2012 at Mount St. Mary's was her eighth double-double of the season and 12th of her career. Clark has led the Seahawks in scoring and rebounding all season and currently averages 14.4 points and 7.9 rebounds per game. As a junior in 2010-11, her 54.5 percent shooting from the field ranked No. 1 in the NEC. She has played in 114 games in her career, gaining starts in 80, including all 26 this season.
Hicks made a courageous comeback to the court following a season-ending knee injury she sustained prior to the 2010-11 season. The 5-9 Hicks has seen action in 66 games during her three seasons as a Seahawk, gaining starting assignments in 11. For her career, this athletic wing player has scored 234 points, hauled in 165 rebounds, dished out 74 assists while, on the defensive end, coming up with 68 steals. Hicks tossed in a career-high 16 points at Fairleigh Dickinson on January 5, 2009 while her career-high rebounding night came at Columbia on November 25, 2008 when she totaled 10 caroms. On December 10, 2011 at Colgate, Hicks tallied a season-high 12 points. She also had a 10-point game at Fairleigh Dickinson on January 9, 2012. Earlier this season, distributed a career-high five assists vs. New Hampshire on December 21, 2011 and matched that total at Monmouth on January 7, 2012.
Thorpe has turned in the most productive campaign of her career as a senior in 2011-12 as the rugged 6-0 forward has totaled eight or more points in a game five times, highlighted by a 14-point affair vs. Elon on Dec. 29 that helped earn her a spot on the
Virginia Cavalier Classic All-Tournament Team. This well-rounded performance featured 7-of-14 shooting and included seven rebounds in 37 minutes of action. The 6-0 Thorpe also delivered 12-point games vs. New Hampshire on December 21 and vs. LIU Brooklyn on January 23, 2012. For her career, Thorpe has played in 103 games with 14 starts. This season, Thorpe has played in 25 games while gaining starting assignments in 12. A passionate player, Thorpe pulled down a career-high nine rebounds vs. 16
th-ranked Penn State's tall and athletic frontcourt in an away encounter on December 18, 2011.
The Seahawks enter tonight's tilt with Fairleigh Dickinson with a record of 2-23 on the season, 2-13 in NEC play and looking to snap a 19-game losing streak while the Knights enter tonight's game with a 12-15 mark, 7-8 in the NEC.
