Laura Amorosa (Kirkland, Quebec/ Phillips Academy) and the first of four three-point jumpers by Blais.

When Clark made one of two free throws with 5:58 left, it drew Wagner to within nine at 26-17. Barron then answered with a three-pointer with 4:55 to go in the half, which pushed the lead to 12 at 29-17 and Quinnipiac maintained a double-digit lead the rest of the game.
After going into the locker room at halftime on top 38-24, Quinnipiac put the game out of reach by outscoring the Seahawks 21-8 over the first 4:38 of the second half as the lead swelled to 55-32 with 15:22 remaining in the game. The Seahawks were buoyed by the fine play of each of their four freshmen. Blais played her finest all-around game as a Seahawk with her career-high14 points coming on 4-of-10 shooting, including 4-of-9 from beyond the arc. The four made three-pointers tied her career high, while the 10 attempted field goals set a new high. Marie-Laurence Archambault (Montreal, Quebec/ Montmorency) had six boards each.
The biggest disparity in the game came in the turnover department as Wagner turned it over 24 times while the Bobcats turned it over just 10 times.
