Staten Island, NY - The Wagner College women's basketball team (9-12, 2-8 NEC) looks to halt a three-game losing streak when the Seahawks host Monmouth (15-6, 7-3 NEC) at the Spiro Sports Center on Saturday at 4:00 pm.
Wagner is one of just two teams in the NEC, along with Robert Morris, that has four players averaging in double figures. Junior center
Kelly Clark leads the team in scoring (12.5 ppg.) and leads the NEC in field goal percentage (.544). Sophomore
Marie-Laurence Archambault (Montreal, Quebec/ Montmorency) checks in at 12.2 ppg. and had a season-high 22 points at CCSU (1/29). As of the most recent NCAA rankings (1/30), Archambault was eighth in the nation in three-point percentage (46.2) and 33rd in three-point field goals per game (2.7). Senior guard
Megan Mahoney, who went over the 1,000-point mark for her career vs. Quinnipiac (1/29), averages 12.0 ppg. while leading the team in assists (4.1) and steals (2.2). Senior forward
Ashley Olsen averages 10.4 ppg. and a team-high 8.3 rpg. Olsen recently went over the 900-point mark for her career and enters the Monmouth game with 919 career points.

Stephanie McBride returned to the lineup vs. CCSU (1/29) after missing the previous four games with a lacerated forehead sustained vs. Robert Morris (1/10). Freshman forward
Laura Amorosa continues to supply energy and production off the bench, averaging 7.4 points over the last three games.
