Scouting MSM - The Mountaineers are a defensive minded squad that is averaging just 55.0 ppg while allowing 56.8 ppg. In seven of their eight NEC games, the Mount has scored 61 points or less with the exception coming in an 86-57 victory over Quinnipiac on Saturday.
Mount St. Mary's owns a pair of wins over Quinnipiac and St. Francis (NY) while dropping two match-ups against LIU and Sacred Heart and single games against SFPA and Robert Morris.
Junior Mary Dunn leads the Mountaineers in both scoring (11.8 ppg) and rebounding (7.4 rpg) while shooting 51.2 percent from the floor and 72.5 percent from the floor.

Don't Let Her Shoot - Junior Lauren Howell is third on the squad in scoring (7.3 ppg), but her main objective is the outside shot as she is connecting on 33.9 percnet from the long range. Last season, she made good on 7-of-14 from beyond the arc against the Green & White and scored a game-23 points in the teams' last meeting.
In two career games against Wagner in the Spiro Sports Center she has connected on 14-of-16 (87.5 percent).
