Senior season (2023-2024): Competed in the NEC Championship earning 5th place in 200 yard IM (2:07.70) earning personal best time. Earned sixth place in 100 yard free (52.25) which is also a personal best time. At the LIU meet, she was placed 2nd place in the 50-yard freestyle (24:99) and also came in 2nd place in the 100-yard freestyle (54.40). At Fairfield, Allegro earned 2nd place in the 200-meter IM (2:29.14) and placed 4th place in the 100-meter breaststroke (1:16.83).
Junior Season (2022-23): Placed third in the 200-yard medley relay (1:44.18) at the NEC Championship... Earned a first place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke (51.86) at the LIU meet, as well as a third place finish in the 200-yard individual medley (2:14.64).
Sophomore Season (2021-22):Â

January 21 at Saint Peter's- 200 Yard Backstroke (2:11.90)

Freshman Season (2020-21):Â
Placed second in the 100 Back (1:00.53) and 200 IM (2:16.92) against Sacred Heart … Won the 100 IM (1:01.54) vs LIU … Set a personal best in the 200 IM (2:09.79), while also set a personal best in the 100 Back (59.40) at NEC Championships.
Before Wagner: Recorded a personal-best in the 50 Y Breast (31.60) at 2020 NJSIAA Meet of Champions…Also, had a personal-best in the 200 Y IM (2:08.04) at the 2020 NJSIAA Meet of Champions which was good enough for a 10
th place finish…Ninth-place effort in the 100 Y Breast (1:13.70) at the 2019 NJ PTAC Tiger Invitational…Sister of Michelle D'Allegro and former Seahawk, Jenna D’Allegro.
