Sophomore Season (2023-2024): Competed in the NEC Championship, Vendel earned fifth place in the 100-yard breast earning a season best of 1:04.27. She also earned 6th place in the 100-yard breast earning another season best of 1:04.49. In Iona/Sacred Heart meet, Vendel placed second place in the 200-yard breaststroke finishing in 2:28.96. At LIU meet, she finished first placed in 200-yard breaststroke finishing in 2:25.73, finished 2nd place in the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:08.14. Lastly in the LIU meet, she finished 2nd place in the 200-yard medley relay finishing in 1:49.86.


Freshman Season (2022-23): Took home first place in the 200-yard breaststroke C final (2:23.80) at the ECAC... Also earned a first place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:26.93) at the LIU meet... Had two additional top-two finishes, with one being individual (Fordham-St. Francis Brooklyn, 100-yard breaststroke, 1:07.46) and one being a relay (Iona Invitational, 400-yard medley relay, 3:59.55)... Finished her season with a third place finish in the 400-yard medley relay (3:48.70) at the NEC Championship.
