Sophomore Season (2024-25): Specialized in the distance freestyle events... Placed 2nd in the 500-yard freestyle and 3rd in the 1000-yard freestyle (with a season best 11:16.81) at the LIU-Manhattan tri-meet... Swam her best 500-yard freestyle time at the NEC Championships, finishing with a 5:18.14

Freshman season (2023-24): At Fairfield, Hornbacher earned third place in the 800-meter freestyle (9:37.25). At LIU meet, she came 3rd place in the 1000-yard freestyle (10:56.97).

Before Wagner: Earned Rookie of the Year in her freshman season at Plymouth High School... Was a scholar athlete award winner and won MVP during her senior year... Spent nine years swimming for her club team, the Plymouth Canton Cruisers... Won the IMX High Point Award... Does competitive open water swimming ranging from 3.2 miles to 8.3 miles.
