Biography

Freshman Season (2023-2024): Competed at the NEC Championship in the 100-yard earning first place in both prelims (1:01.70) and finals in Breast (1:00.26). Luoto also won first place in 200-yard in both prelims (2:19.37) and finals (2:15.82).

Earned NEC Co- Outstanding Swimmer and Rookie of the NEC Championship meet.

Luoto won 100-yard (1:02.35) and 200-yard (2:16.51) finals in the Rhode Island Invitational for breast.

4 time NEC Swimmer of the Week and 6 time NEC Rookie of the week.
