2010: Saw action in 13 games on the season with four starts … Had 16 caused turnovers and 14 ground balls … Scored his lone goal of the season in the season finale vs. Robert Morris (5/5).

2009: Started in all 16 games…Finished the season with one assist against Bellarmine (3/8)…Had the third-most ground balls on the team with 34, including a season-high seven against Siena (4/4)…Also caused 31 turnovers.

Personal/Bio: Played his prep lacrosse at Bethlehem Central High School and earned three varsity letters … Majoring in Business … Son of Charlie and Betsy Riccio.

Coach Rife on Chris Riccio: “Chris is a close defenseman with a great stick and has the ability to pick up a loose ground ball very quickly and trap it, he can move it. He’s also a good cover guy who’s going to be able to funnel guys where they need to be on the field. He has the ability cover a variety of attackmen and he’s going to be a solid force down there for us all year.’
