2009-10: Indoor Track & Field Ran a season-best 60m dash at Monmouth (12/5) clocking in at 7.3… Took the top spot of the Seahawks in the 200m dash with a mark of 23.51 at Lafayette/Rider (2/12)…Owns the season-best time in the 400m dash (51.72)…Member of the record breaking distance medley relay team, the 1600 sprint medley relay, the 4x400 relay and the 4x1600 spring medley relay team… Also ran in the 500m dash. Outdoor Track & Field Finished on top for the Seahawks in three events… Recorded a season-best time in the 100M with an 11.06 finish at the Wagner Quad (4/14)… Crossed the finish line in 23.44 at Monmouth (3/27) in the 200M… Registered top marks in the 400M at the Lou Onesty Invitational (4/10) with a time of 51.11… Also ran in the 4x400 relay. 2008-09: Indoor Track & Field Broke the school record in the 200m dash (22.42) at FDU on December 7 … Owns the season best mark in the 55m dash (6.4), the 300m dash (36.20), the 400m dash (50.8), and the 500m dash (1:06.72). Outdoor Track & Field Had a season best time in the 100m dash (10.9), the 200m dash (22.96), and the 400m dash (49.84) … Also competed in the 4x400 relay. 2007-08: Indoor Track & Field Ran a season low 24.08 at the Seton Hall Open in the 200m dash (12/2) ... Has a season best run in the 60m dash at the Gulden relays, clocking in at 7.25 (1/12) ... Sprinted way to a season low 52.19 in the 400m dash at the METS Championships (1/26) ... Named to the 2007-2008 NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll. Outdoor Track & Field Had the second best Seahawk time in the 200m dash with 22.88 performance at the NEC Championships (5/3) ... Ranked second on the team in the 400m dash with a time of 49.92 at the VCU Invitational (3/15) ... Ranked second on the team in the 500m dash with a time of 1:10.04 (1/26).
