2010-11: Indoor Track & Field Broke the school record in the 1 mile with a time of 4:14.57 … Member of the record breaking Distance Medley Relay that clocked in with a time 10:02.94 … Recorded the top time in the 1 mile (4:14.57 … Finished with the team’s second fastest time in the 3000 meter run (8:41.36) … Registered a season-best time of 1:59.01 in the 800 meter … Also ran in the 4x800 relay. Outdoor Track & Field Member of the 4x800 relay that clocked in with a record breaking time of 7:44.69 … Recorded the team’s second fastest 1500 meter time (3:59.22) and the second fastest 3000 meter time 8:40.14 … Currently holds the school record in the 3000 meter (8:36.35).

2009-10: Indoor Track & Field Ran a personal-best mile (4:22.76) at the NEC Winter Championship… Member of the distance medley relay that set a new school record (10:03.63) at IC4A (3/6)… Served as the lead-off runner in the 4x1600 relay… Also ran in 1600 sprint medley and the 3000m run. Outdoor Track & Field Finished with the top time for the Seahawks in the 1500M (3:57.81) at the Princeton Invitational… Also came out of the season on top in the 3000M with a time of 8:36.35 (4/10)… Competed in the distance medley relay and also in the 800M.

2008-2009: Indoor Track & Field: Registered a team-best finish of 4:22.78 in the 1 mile run at the METS Winter Championship. Outdoor Track & Field: Finished with a team-best mark in the 1500m run with a time of 4:05.29 at the METS Spring Championship (4/18) … Competed in the 4x400 and 4x800 runs.

Personal: Attended St. Joseph’s Prep, participating on cross country and track & field teams under the direction of Curtis Cockenberg … Earned four letters in cross country and four in track & field … Finished second at the Catholic League Championships in 2007, third in 2006 and fourth in 2005 … Second Team All-Catholic for Track & Field in 2006 & 2007 ...Was a First Team All-Catholic Cross Country selection in each of his final three years … Served as the team captain as a senior … Has already been inducted into the St. Joseph’s Prep Cross Country Hall of Fame … Has five siblings; Katie, John, Steve and Mike … Katie played Field Hockey and was on the track & field team at Catholic University of America from 1999-2003 … John was on the cross country and track & field teams at Haverford College from 2003-2005 before transferring to Penn State for the 2005-2006 season … Steve was on the track & field team at LaSalle from 2004-2007 … Born on August 28, 1989 … Is majoring in biology at Wagner.
