2009-10: Indoor Track & Field Competed in five events throughout the season… Finished the 1000m dash in a personal-best 2:38.8 at Fordham (12/11)… Had his best finish in the 1 mile run at Lafayette/Rider (2/12) with a time of 4:33.70… Also competed in the 3000m run, the 600m dash and the distance medley. Outdoor Track & Field Ran a season-best in the 1500M with a mark of 4:15.30 (3/27)… Finished third on the team in the 3000M with a time of 9:13.33 at the Lou Onesty Invitational (4/10)… Had the second Seahawk spot in the 5000M (16:26.02) registered at Stockton (3/20)… Also ran in the 800M and the 4x800 relay. 2008-2009 Indoor Track & Field Had his best finish in the 1 mile run (4:34.41) at the Gulden Relays (1/10) … Also competed in the 3000m run and the 5000m run. Outdoor Track & Field Did not register any statistics. 2007-2008 Indoor Track & Field Had the second-best Seahawk performance in the 1 mile run with a 4:31.94 run at the METS Championships (2/1) ... Recorded a season-low 9:16.80 in the 3000m run at the John Covert Classic (1/26) ... Named to the 2007-2008 NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll. Outdoor Track & Field Had the third-best Seahawk performance in the 1500m run at UVA, clocking in at 4:11.42 (4/12) ... Recorded a season-best 9:16.6 in the 3000m at the Wagner Quad Meet (4/9) ... Ran a season-low 16:06.71 in the 5000m run at the Penn Invitational (4/5).
