2008-09: Indoor Track & Field Third best finish in the 1 Mile Run (4:29.95) ... Second best finish in the 3000m run (8:52.25) ... Season best finish in the 5000m run (15:12.36) at the Gotham Cup. Outdoor Track & Field Season best finish in the 3000m (8:59.50), the 5000m (15:12.36), and the 10,000m (32:32.42). 2007-08: Indoor Track & Field Was the top Seahawk performer in the 3000m run with a 8:56.55 performance at the NEC Championships (2/10)...had the best Green & White performance in the 5000m with a 15:30.95 performance at the NEC Championships (2/10)...brought in a season best 4:34.61 in the 1 mile run at the John Covert Classic (1/26) ...named to the 2007-2008 NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll. Outdoor Track & Field Had his season cut short due to injury...was one of the top Seahawk distance runners with the second best performances in the 3000m and 5000m, clocking in at 9:14.6 and 15:19.42 respectively...had a season best 4:13.44 in the 1500m run at the METS Championships (4/19). 2005-2006: Indoor Track & Field Came in seventh in the mile race at the Fordham Christmas Classic (12/9). Personal: Competed in track and field and cross country at Souhegan High School under coaches Peter Lovejoy and Geoff Wilson...Two-time athlete of the month...Majoring in education and math.
