2009-10: Indoor Track & Field Ran the Seahawk’s third fastest time in the 600m clocking in at 1:26.26 at Monmouth (12/5)… Registered a 500m dash time of 1:09.0 at the Gotham Cup (1/15)… Finished the indoor season with a 1:59.55 time in the 800m dash. Outdoor Track & Field Registered his best mark in the 400M at the Wagner Quad (4/14) with a time of 53.2…Finished the season with a season-best mark of 2:01.20 in the 800M at the Lou Onesty Invitational (4/10)…Also ran in the 1500M, the 4x400 and 4x800. 2008-2009: Indoor Track & Field Registered a personal-best in 800m dash (2:00.08) at the METS Winter Invitational (1/29) … Registered a team-best in the 1000m dash with a 2:37.95 finish at the Gotham Cup (1/16). Outdoor Track & Field Best finish in the 1500M run was 4:30.12 at the Wagner Invitational (4/4) … One of four athletes to register a team-best mark in the 4x800 run (7:59.64). 2007-2008: Indoor Track & Field Recorded a season-best 2:01.95 in the 800m run at the METS Winter Championships (2/1) ... Ran a season-best 4:44.5 in the 1 mile run at the Fordham Invitational (12/7). Outdoor Track & Field Third best finish in the 800m run with a time of 2:02.40 at Coastal Carolina (3/22) ... Ran a season-best 55.08 in the 400m at the Wagner Invitational (3/26) ... Recorded a season-low time of 4:22.44 in the 1500m run at the METS Spring Championships (4/19). Personal: Attended West Islip High School, participating on the cross country and track & field teams under the direction of Sal Alaimo, Jim Dooley and Chris Kaigh … Earned four letters in cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field … Helped the Lions to the league championship in 2004 and back-to-back titles in 2006 and 2007 … Was named All-Section XI and All-Division … Holds school records in the 4x800 relay, 4x400 relay and 4xmile relay … Collected seven individual league titles and one division title … Born on June 3, 1989 … Graduated with an 83 average while earning Math honors as well being cited on the Principal’s list and honor roll … Is majoring in art & elementary education with a minor in sociology at Wagner.
