2009-10: Indoor Track & Field Beat his personal-best mile time at Lafayette-Rider (2/12) crossing the finish line in 4:39.94… Ran in the 1000M dash (2:45.77) for the first time in his career at the Gotham Cup (1/15)… Also a member of the 4x800 and 4x1600 relay teams. Outdoor Track & Field Beat his personal-best time in the 3000M with a mark of 9:20.4 at the Wagner Quad (4/14)… Had his best 10,000M mark (34:03.58) at the METS Spring Championship (4/14)… Also competed in the 5000M. 2008-09:  Indoor Track & Field Had his best finish in the 1 mile run (4:51.03) at the Gotham Cup (1/16). Outdoor Track & Field Finished the 800M run in 2:16.25 … Had his best finish in the 1500M run at the Spider Relays (3/28) … Finished the 3000M run in 9:38.9 at the Wagner Quad (4/8). Personal: Served three years in the 10th-Mountain Division of the US Army … Served part of his time in Afghanistan after September 11, 2001 … Attended Sullivan County Community College … Was named a NJCAA Division-III All-Region athlete for cross country and a NJCAA Division-III Distinguished Academic All-American.
