Biography

Senior Season (2025-26): One of two Wagner men’s fencers to compete in 80 or more bouts. In his last regular-season match, Beitel won three bouts against NYU, increasing his total to 32 wins. Qualified for his second straight NC Fencing Regionals in men’s sabre. Earned the 2026 USFCA Individual Community Service Award.

Junior Season (2024-25): Finished his first season as a Seahawk with 27 bout wins and a .422 winning percentage. Qualified for the NC Fencing regionals and advanced to the second round with three wins. Placed second among Wagner men’s sabrists. Named to the Northeast Fencing Conference All-Academic Team.

Before Wagner: Fenced competitively at Penn State, where he earned a spot in the 2023-24 USA Fencing North American Cup.
