STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The Wagner College men's golf team has announced its spring 2026 schedule on Thursday, featuring three events across New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland as the Seahawks will wrap up their slate at the NEC Championship.
Wagner opens its spring slate at the LIU Shark Invitational on Monday, April 13 and Tuesday, April 14, held at Nassau Country Club in Old Brookville, N.Y.
The Seahawks will then compete in a dual match against La Salle on Friday, April 17, with the location to be announced.
Wagner will conclude the spring season at the NEC Championship, held Friday, April 24 and Sunday, 26 at Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City, Md. The three-day, 54-hole tournament will determine the conference's automatic qualifier to the NCAA Tournament. The Seahawks look to climb the leaderboard and contend for a conference title at the postseason meet.
Last season, Wagner finished fifth overall and placed four golfers inside the top 20, including
Emilio Zapiain leading the Seahawks, tying for 11th at +7, highlighting six birdies and an eagle. While
Alavid Melo Iturralde finished 17th (+11), and
Thomas Choi and
Daniel Cassidy each tied for 18th (+12).
