Lewisburg, PA – The Wagner women's golf team kicked off its 2025–26 season at the Bucknell Invitational (September 6–7) at Bucknell Golf Club in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, finishing 13th out of 19 teams. The total team score was +135, drawing from 329, 323, and 323 strokes over the three rounds, for a cumulative 975 team total.
Freshman
Maria Calleja led the Seahawks with a three-round score of 233 (+23). She carded a 77 (+7) during the final round, marking a competitive collegiate debut.
Fellow freshman Palwasha Ali impressed in her debut, finishing as the team's second best scorer with a 239 (+23). Lani Park carded an 248 (+38) and
Lilly McNally followed with an 262 (+52), and Freshman
Rileigh Leighton rounded out the group with an 267 (+57).
Looking ahead, the Green & White will return to competition on September 14-16 at the Battle at the Creek, Delaware (Kings Creek Country Club).
