Bridgewater, NJ - Sophomore Adrian Andres Moreno and freshman Mia Goodale have earned Northeast Conference (NEC) weekly awards for their outstanding performances in the pool.  

Moreno was named Men's Swimmer of the Week after delivering an impressive weekend. On January 31st against LIU, he secured first place in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 58.45. He also played a key role in the 400-yard medley relay, helping the Seahawks clinch first place alongside graduate Enrico Mancardo, senior Robert Wagner, and sophomore Nikko Carrillo, finishing with a time of 3:27.61.  

The following day, Moreno continued his dominance by winning the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:10.05, further solidifying his recognition as the conference's top swimmer of the week.  

Goodale was awarded Women's Rookie of the Week honors after a stellar performance. She took first place in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:56.41, followed by another first-place finish in the 100-yard freestyle at 53.93. She capped off her impressive showing with a victory in the 500-yard freestyle, finishing in 5:12.85.  

The Swimming & Diving team will return to action on Monday, February 17, as they travel to Geneva, OH, to compete in the Northeast Conference Championship.
