BRIDGEWATER, N.J. — Wagner women's bowling has been picked to finish sixth in the NEC this season, the conference office announced on Wednesday.
Wagner finished its 2024-2025 season with a 10-14 NEC record.
Going into the 2025-2026 season, the Seahawks return seniors Samantha McDermott and Angelia Lubrano, as well as sophomore Rebekah Newman, while adding freshman Morgan Traver and junior Mikayla Rivera.
Last season was highlighted by a second-place finish at the Dezy Strong Baker Tournament where the Seahawks went 4-1 with wins over LIU, Adelphi, St. Thomas Aquinas and Molloy. Rounding out the season at the second NEC Meet of the season, the Seahawks ended with a sixth-place finish, taking home a Baker-style win over Niagara and traditional-style wins over Mercyhurst, LIU and Duquesne.
