Geneva, OH - The Wagner swimming & diving program had two second place finishers in the 100-yard backstroke as it complete day four of the NEC Championships.
The Seahawks took home second place in both the men's and women's 100-yard backstroke.
Sophomore Shamiya Guirre tied for second with LIU's Aidan Condit with a time of 55.72, while freshman Kaan Nalcaci clocked in at 48.62 to take home second place.
Junior Meliti Efthimiou also found herself on a podium, placing second in the women's 1m dive with 241.8 total points.
Freshman Joel Knaapi just missed out on a podium placement in the men's 100-yard breaststroke, placing fourth with a time of 55.62.
Senior Raquel Rubalcava Reyes, at 2:07.33, came in sixth in the 200-yard butterfly.
To cap off the evening both the men's and women's programs competed in the 400-yard medley relay, each earning third place.
The team of Guirre, freshmen Lia Vendel and Presley Staretz, and senior Olivia Bishop had a time of 3:48.70. The team of freshmen Nalcaci, Knaapi and Andrew Strickland, and sophomore Adrian Aguirre set a time of 3:21.29.
The women's program remains in second place after four days with 446.5 total points, while the men's program is in fourth place with 369 total points.
Wagner will be back in action tomorrow for the final day of the NEC Championships.
