WATCH | Live Stats

Staten Island, NY –
The Wagner College softball team will travel to Bryant on Friday and Saturday for a crucial Northeast Conference (NEC) series.

Friday's games are scheduled for 12 pm and 2 pm, with Saturday's game scheduled for 11 am. All games will stream live on NECFrontRow.

The Seahawks are entering the series with a 6-3 NEC record and have won eight straight home games.

Most recently, Wagner defeated Merrimack on Wednesday in extra innings behind senior Eve Harvey's career-high 12 strikeouts.

The reigning Northeast Conference (NEC) Co-Pitcher of the Week surpassed 200 career strikeouts while also breaking into the top five in strikeouts in program history, surpassing Cathy Guerriro, who logged 194 K's between 1988 and 1991.

Offensively, four Seahawks have double-digit RBIs in freshman Kate Wolf (15), sophomore Keaghan Ward (13), Lloyd (12), and senior Natalie Del Ponte (10).

The Seahawks also continue to have the best defense in the NEC, sitting 48th in the nation with a .970 fielding percentage.

Bryant enters the weekend with an 8-20 overall record and 6-6 conference mark.

Following this weekend, Wagner will travel to LIU on Tuesday and Wednesday for a second consecutive three-game road series.
