Bethlehem, PA – The Wagner women's soccer team concludes its two match road trip on Thursday evening as the Seahawks head to Bethlehem, PA to tangle with Patriot League members Lehigh University.

Opening Kicks…
  • The Green & White will look to bounce back after dropping a 1-0 decision at NJIT back on September 2. 
  • Wagner and NJIT were pitted in a scoreless draw until the 77th minute when the Highlanders were able to net the match's lone goal off the foot of Taylor Pape. 
  • Sophomore midfielder Mia Tessier led the way for the visitors with two shots, one of which finding its way on target. 
  • Junior tri-captain Annie White and classmate Madison Carr also tallied a shot apiece in the contest. 
  • Junior goalkeeper Erin Kelly was credited with five saves on 19 shots faced. 
  • Lehigh is looking to get back into the win column after dropping a 4-0 decision at Big East members, St. John's, back on September 2. 

All-Time Series…
  • Thursday's contest between the Seahawks and the Mountain Hawks is the schools' first-ever meeting. 
  • All-time, Wagner is 3-19-4 against the current members of the Patriot League.
  • Lehigh comes into Thursday's contest against the Seahawks sporting a 12-1-1 all-time mark against teams from the Northeast Conference (NEC).
 
Last Time Out For The Seahawks...
  • The Wagner College women's soccer team and the NJIT Highlanders were pitted in a scoreless draw for the majority of Thursday night's contest until the 77th minute as the Seahawks fell, 1-0, at Lubetkin Field at Mal Simon Stadium.
  • The Green & White (2-2-0) were out-shot by the Highlanders (1-4-0), 19-4, with six of those shots going on target for the home team. Both teams took three corner kicks in the match.
