Staten Island, NY – The Wagner College swimming and diving team competed in its senior meet on Friday afternoon, as the Seahawks faced the St. Francis Brooklyn Terriers.
After Friday night's swimming competition and Saturday's diving competition, the Seahawks earned a 138-102 victory.
Senior
Hande Kivanc, junior
Ellie Eastwood, sophomores
Maile Mora and
Hannah Muro combined for a victory in the 200 Medley Relay in 1:52.02.
Kivanc, freshman
Cassondra Weeks, Muro, and sophomore
Kira Bowling took first place in the 200 Free Relay in 1:41.37.
Eastwood won the 100 Breast in 1:06.48, while Weeks took first place in the 50 Free in 27.51. Mora was victorious in the 100 Fly in 1:01.02, while Kivanc earned a first-place finish in the 100 Back in 1:00.22.
Sophomore
Taylor Marjamaa finished first in the 200 Free in 2:01.68.
In the 1-meter diving competition, senior
Cara Angelo earned the win with 182.47 points.
The Seahawks and Terriers will compete on the diving board on Saturday to complete the meet.
