LIVE STATS Staten Island, NY – The Wagner softball team will host Northeast Conference (NEC) rival Bryant in a doubleheader on today with game one set for Noon in a twinbill originally scheduled to be played on Friday, April 3, but pushed back a day due to inclement weather.
The Seahawks (7-12, 0-2 NEC) are fresh off a doubleheader sweep over Saint Peter's with final scores of 8-3, 2-0, respectively. Senior shortstop 
Kelsey Parker (Lynnwood, WA/ Lynnwood) and senior first baseman 
Beth Lewis (Ashburn, VA/ Stone Bridge) each had a home run in the first game of the doubleheader on April 1. Sophomore second baseman 
Taylor Beeson (Mesa, AZ/ Red Mountain) went 3-for-6 on the day with three RBIs and two runs scored. 
The Bulldogs split a doubleheader with UMass Lowell on Tuesday, March 31 with a 10-9 loss, followed by a 5-1 victory in game two. With the split, the Bulldogs are 9-20 overall and 1-1 in conference play. Junior second baseman Liana Ogata leads the Bulldogs with a .333 batting average and 29 hits. Junior utility player Elle Madsen leads the squad with 27 RBI and seven home runs.
