Brookville, NY - Wagner returned to action at the 8K LIU Post Inviational and was once again led by senior
Jacob Malakoff (Tasmania, Australia / Hofstra).
Malakoff paced the squad for the second time in as many meets, finishing fifth among Division I athletes with a team-best time of 25:33.83.
Fordham's Brian Cook won the individual title with a time of 24:52.01 while helping the Rams to the team title.
Senior
James Naglieri (Stony Point, NY / North Rockland) was 11th in 26:41.71 with freshman
Joseph Abbatiello (Fredericksburg, VA / Stafford) taking 12th with a time of 26:48.08. Classmate
Tre' Williams (Philadelphia, PA / William Penn Charter) finished just behind Abbatiello, placing 13th (26:53.10) in his collegiate debut.
Rounding out the scorers for the Seahawks was junior
Darius Moulton (Brisbane, Australia / Gregory Terrace), who finished 22nd in 28:07.23.
The Green & White will not race next weekend and will next be in action on Saturday, September 27 at the 8K Ted Owens Invitational.
