Junior catcher Brenda Bott (Fountain Valley, CA / Fountain Valley) tallied Wagner's remaining RBI.

Wagner started quickly in the top of the first inning. Beeson was first to garner a hit for the Seahawks, with a single up the middle, and advanced to second base when Parker reached after being hit by a pitch. Sophomore Abigail Beasley (Peoria, AZ / Centennial) loaded the bases with a walk, before Gilbert opened up the scoring with a double through the right side to push across three runs to give the Green & White a 3-0 advantage.

The pitchers traded zeros until the top of the fourth inning, when the Seahawks exploded with a seven-run frenzy. Sophomore Megan Moore (Pottstown, PA / Owen J. Roberts) reached on a base hit, and advanced to third when freshman Aerika High (Manheim, PA / Manheim Central) doubled to left field. Brianna Tredway (Downingtown, PA / Downingtown) followed with a single up the middle. Beeson then doubled to centerfield to plate Moore and High to increase Wagner's lead to 5-0.

Immediately following Beeson was Parker, whose single to centerfield drove in Beeson and Tredway to make it 7-0. With one out, Bott hit a single to center, plating Parker. Gilbert collected her final two RBI of the game with a double to center to secure a 10-0 lead for the Seahawks.

With Saint Peter's unable to answer, the game concluded after the fifth inning.

In game two, Wagner's performance was highlighted by an astounding seven home runs by six different batters. Beth Lewis (Ashburn, VA / Stone Bridge), Beeson, Beasley, Parker, and High all hit dingers, with Bott registering two.

Wagner had 21 hits as a club, as the Seahawks continued to dominate at the plate. In addition to their home runs, Beeson went two-for-two, with three RBI, Lewis went three-for-three with four RBI, Bott went four-for-five with four RBI, and High went two-for-two with three RBI.
