The Wagner College softball team travels to Connecticut and Rhode Island for NEC doubleheaders against Sacred Heart and Bryant. Friday's games against the Pioneers in Fairfield, CT will begin at 12:00, as will Saturday's contests vs. the Bulldogs in Smithfield, RI.

Freshman Abigail Beasley (Peoria, AZ/ Centennial) has made an immediate impact on the middle of the Seahawk lineup in her first season on Grymes Hill. In the 12 games since Wagner traveled to Kissimmee, FL for the Rebel Spring Games, Beasley is hitting .425.

The Seahawks and Pioneers will square off in a Friday NEC doubleheader, straying from the normal Saturday-Sunday schedule as a result of the holiday weekend. Wagner split its last Friday doubleheader, falling to Columbia and defeating Rider on Mar. 15 in Kissimmee, FL.
