In game one, both teams remained locked at 0-0, until Corthell blasted a home run over the right field fence, giving the Seahawks the 1-0 advantage. Unfortunately for the Green & White the Peahens would battle back in the fourth and seventh innings, capturing the 2-1 victory.
Saint Peter's came out strong in the first inning, loading the bases on three hits and a Wagner miscue. This stand would not be enough as the Seahawks strong offense stance retired the Peahens with three stranded on base.
