Willie Dale is a local athlete looking to build upon a 2017 season where he was Wagner’s third-leading wide receiver.
 
2017: Saw action in all 11 games with 10 starts … Snared 25 catches for 277 yards (11.1 ypc), both of which ranked third on the team … Hauled in a season-high 30-yard reception in the Homecoming win over Lehigh (9/30) … Career-high six receptions (40 yards) vs. Central Connecticut (10/14) … Was on the receiving end of quarterback Luke Massei’s acrobatic flip toss on a two-point conversion try in the third overtime vs. CCSU which made that evening’s “ESPN Sportscenter’s Top 10 Plays of the Day” … Also had four receptions on two occasions - vs. Saint Francis U (9/9) and at No. 12 Stony Brook (11/11).
 
2016: Saw action in 10 of the Seahawks’ 11 games … Caught seven passes for 112 yards, a 16.0 yards per reception average and one touchdown … Corralled the first two passes of his career, including an 11-yard TD grab, vs. Concordia (9/10) … Had two receptions for 55 yards, highlighted by a career-long 49-yard reception which led to a touchdown at Robert Morris (11/12) … Previous career-long came at Central Connecticut (10/15) when he hauled in a 21-yard catch … Had at least one reception in five different games … Also credited with four tackles on special teams … Marketing major.

2015: Did not see any game action.

Before Wagner: Two-time Staten Island Advance All-Star ... Named 2014 First-Team All-CHSFL ... Physical, big-play wide receiver who snared 33 receptions for 641 yards, which computes to 19.4 yards per catch ... Caught seven TD passes and ran for another two as a senior ... Had a dominating performance, with seven receptions for 140 yards and a touchdown, in the 2015 New York City vs. Long Island Boomer Esiason Empire Challenge held at Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY.
